MWR Heavy Duty Enduro kit for the CRF300 ’21/’23

This three-piece enduro kit includes MWR filter , MWR filter cover and a MWR nylon outer cover

Due to the very small surface of the filter the original filter will “close” very fast when riding off-road , this can eventually harm the engine , therefore after many requests MWR developed a enduro kit.

The kit includes a extra nylon outer cover to increase the durability of the filter , the filter stays much longer “open” so the protection stays at a high level . The other nylon cover must stay dry , you may not pre-oil it . Cleaning is only washing in dishwater soap . The outer cover has an elastic edge with which you can pull it over the MWR cover and clamp it in the slot made for this purpose.

The MWR filter fits only with the filter cover what makes part of this kit ( see photos) . The filter must be pre-oiled and the filter is also separate available and to order , part.nr. : MC-030-22

How to clean your MWR filter

1) Immerse the filter in MWR filtercleaner for 30 minutes

2) Wash the filter in hot water with dishwatersoap

3) rinse the filter with clear water untill all soap is out of the filter

4) Let the filter dry

5) When the filter is completly dry spray the filter on both sides with oil and massage the oil gently in the foam , make sure there is no dry place left .When you have a normal can with oil hold the filter almost vertical and gently drop oil onto the filter on both sides , then massage the oil gently into the foam
