MWR Enduro Kit for Ténéré 700

MWR Enduro kit for the Yamaha Teneré700 , includes new MWR cover and outer nylon filter cover , the MWR Enduro filter kit prevents the main filter from being overloaded during heavy off-road rides .

Outer nylon filter cover can be rinsed with water or washed with dish water soap. Do not spray with filter oil , Outer nylon filter cover is very easy to attach without tools, so you can also easily rinse the outer filter cover at a stream while on the road.

The outer nylon filter cover has an elastic at the bottom that you pull over the cover and let it rest into the groove . MWR cover and other nylon cover are also separate to order as replacement . The Nylon outer cover is oversized to “last as long as possible” , without the main filter get overloaded

The Enduro kit must always used in combination with MC-090-13 or original filter

The Enduro kit will give also the same power increase as the regular MWR filter cover for the MT07/R7  MC-095-13

MWR cover will suite also the MT07 / SRX700 and R7

The difference between our roadbike and racebike filters

The foam material of our racing filters have a much more open structure compared to the roadfilters foam material which makes the duration of the maintenance much shorter , the protection is at the same level as our roadbike filters but for a shorter time , therefore the maintenance is much more intensive. Maintenance frequency for racebike filters are after every two race weekends. Therefore are racebike filters are NOT suitable for roadbikes

Our roadbike filters have a recommended maintenance frequency of once a year …. regardless the milage .

Even when you have ridden 50 miles that year stick to the guidelines , priority for the filter is that the foam must not dry out , keep it “wet” from oil

In countries around the Equator with high temperature and high humidity , the frequence must shortened to twice a year . Racebike filter can stay with the normal frequency of maintenance

Only MWR Biodegradable filter oil and Biodegradable filters cleaner may be used to protect the filter also from backfire.

How to clean your MWR filter

1) Immerse the filter in MWR filter cleaner for 30 minutes

2) Wash the filter in hot water with dishwater soap

3) rinse the filter with clear water until all soap is out of the filter

4) Let the filter dry

5) When the filter is completely dry spray the filter on both sides with oil and massage the oil gently in the foam , make sure there is no dry place left .When you have a normal can with oil hold the filter almost vertical and gently drop oil onto the filter on both sides , then massage the oil gently into the foam
