To replace the original trumpets we have to make a two piece velocity stacks , with a upper part ( the trumpet) and a lower part , a ring to screw all together against the airbox for 100% sealing. In our opinion to only solution to protect the engine for dirt coming into the airbox

Each set includes four trumpets , four rings and a “key” to tighten the rings to secure for coming loose again.

We advise to use this set for the roadbikes , this set has two high & two low velocity stacks for slightly more torque which gives a nices driveability on the roads

To replace the original trumpets, the velocity stacks are designed as a two-piece unit: an upper part (the trumpet) and a lower part (a ring). These components screw together against the airbox, ensuring a 100% seal. This approach effectively protects the engine from dirt entering the airbox.

Each set includes four trumpets, four rings, and a “key” to securely tighten the rings, preventing them from loosening.

For road bikes, this set features two high and two low velocity stacks, providing slightly more torque and enhancing drivability on the road.

Velocity stacks, also known as intake trumpets or air horns, optimize air intake and boost performance in motorcycle engines. Typically installed on the air intake side of the carburetor or throttle body, these components enhance performance in several ways:

• Smoothing Airflow: Velocity stacks streamline the path of air entering the intake, reducing resistance and turbulence, allowing the engine to breathe more efficiently.
• Increasing Air Velocity: The stack’s shape, usually a gradually widening horn, accelerates the air entering the engine. As air passes through the stack’s narrowest part, it speeds up, filling the combustion chamber more effectively.
• Enhancing Air-Fuel Mixture: By improving air intake velocity and smoothing airflow, the velocity stacks contribute to a better air-fuel mixture, leading to more complete combustion and increased power output.
